At Biofilm Clear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

• Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• A prepaid return label is included in the package, and return shipping is free.
• There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
